Lean Green Bean Salad

here’s a recipe for a yummy hot lunch that i came up with

it literally takes about 6 minutes to make

take about 10 grape tomatoes and cut them in half

saute them in some olive oil

(don’t forget the salt and pepper!)

add frozen spinach, or collard greens, or whatever

and cannelini, or kidney, or whatever.. beans

let them cook for a few minutes

and then add the secret ingredient

an egg!

mix it all up and let the egg scramble itself into a tizzy

eat and let your taste buds thank you

the end!
